Using content from your library
Content that you’ve saved to your library provides a great way to simplify and speed-up the process of building or editing your guidebooks.
Use Content Blocks, Topics, and Sections from your library.
When the “Add Content Block”. “Add Topic”, and “Add Section” buttons are clicked they give you the option to “Create New…” or “Browse Library”.
When you select “Browse Library” you’ll see a window with the content you’ve saved to your library. Simply select the item you want to use and it will be added to your guidebook.
Use a complete guidebook template.
If you’ve already created a guidebook and saved it as a template, now you can use your template to instantly build guidebooks for similar properties.
To start a new guidebook from a template, open the editor page for the new property and delete any existing Sections. When the editor area is empty tap the “Browse Templates” button at the upper-right of the editor. A window will open showing your saved templates. Just tap the template you want to use then tap the “Use Item” button in the next window.
