Saving content to your library
If you have multiple properties, many of your guidebooks will use similar content. Once you’ve created your first guidebook, you can save content to your library to re-use as you set up additional guidebooks.
If you haven’t yet built your first guidebook, follow the steps in the Build your first guide tutorial.
Save Content Blocks, Topics, and Sections to your library.
Tap the “Save to Library” button at the top right of the edit window of the component you want to save. Enter a title, an optional description and tags, and then “Save”.
Save complete guidebook as a template.
When you have properties that will share a lot of content, build the guidebook for one property and save it as a complete as a template. Then start from your template to instantly build guidebooks for similar properties.
