Use custom variables for dynamic content
As you know, custom field codes are a powerful tool in your PMS. They can also be used in RedCarpet to populate guidebook content. And when you change property information in your PMS, your guidebook content will update automatically. Here’s how to set it up
When adding or editing a TOPIC click the INSERT VARIABLE button above the text editing window.
A popup window will display default field codes as well as any custom field codes you’ve created in your PMS.
Just select the code that represents the topic content you’d like to display and it will be inserted in the editor window.
Tap the PREVIEW button to see how your code will be displayed.
