Manage Custom Fields

All of the property custom fields you’ve created in OwnerRez can be viewed and edited within your RedCarpet account. You can even create new custom fields in RedCarpet and they will be added to your OwnerRez account. (Only property-type fields are synced with OwnerRez.)

Edit existing custom felds

Property custom fields are automatically imported from your OwnerRez account. To edit an existing field value, select it from the dropdown list. 

After selecting the field definition from the list, click on a property card to open the editor window. Edit the field value and click ‘Save’.

Create new custom fields

Click the ‘Create Custom Field’ button to open the editor window.

Simply enter your text, format as desired, and click ‘Save’.
