Cancellation Monitor Overview
When a guest cancels and you tell them you’ll refund if the dates re-book, Cancellation Monitor makes it easy to keep your promise.
How to monitor canceled dates
Tap the Cancellation Monitor menu item in the WatchDog section of the sidebar. All of your cancellation for upcoming dates are shown in a list. Activate monitoring of any cancellation by simply turning on the toggle switch next to the guest’s name.
If the dates of the selected cancellation re-book you’ll be alerted by email.
Set who should receive notifications
By default, the primary RedCarpet account contact will receive email notifications from the Cancellation Monitor. However, you can set notifications to be sent to a host or any other email.
The contact can be selected in the Notification Settings at the bottom of the Cancellation Monitor page.
